2.Refund & Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy – SID’s Thekuwa ( Ghar ka swaad )

We prepare our Thekuwa fresh by hand, so we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, you are eligible for refund or replacement if:

1. The product delivered is damaged, or

2. The product delivered is incorrect.

To Claim Refund/Replacement:

• Send us photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery

• We will review and process your request

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.

No refund for:

• Change of mind / dislike of taste after delivery

• Late complaint (after 24 hours)

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery – SID’s Thekuwa ( Ghar ka swaad)

We deliver across all over India.

Order Time:

Orders can be placed from ( 5am till 3am) and cannot be placed between ( 3am- 5am) and are processed on the same day (except Sundays ).

Delivery Time:

1–3 Days depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery partner may contact you for address confirmation.

If delivery is missed due to wrong address / phone switched off, delivery will be rescheduled once.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. All products are freshly handmade, so slight size/color variation is normal.

2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment.

4. Refund is only applicable for damaged or incorrect items as per our Refund Policy.
